1930s solid 9 carat gold cushion case Omega wristwatch
Assayed in Birmingham in 1935
The gold Dennison case is in superb condition and, as well as being hallmarked on the inside of the case back, is uniquely marked ‘9 375’ on the lugs. The case back shows periodic service markings
The ceramic dial is in great condition with one or two minor marks. It features a ‘chemin de fer’ minute track, bold Arabic numerals, a sub-seconds dial at 6 o’clock and ‘Poire Squélette’ hands
The 15 jewels Omega signed manual wind movement runs smoothly and keeps excellent time
The only really noticeable sign of wear is to the original capped winding crown
The vintage brown leather strap is in great condition
