This insane 1977 Roy King is formed of gilded Sterling Silver and features assay and hallmarks in every conceivable position

The Sterling case, boldly stamped on the reverse and featuring the late Queen’s profile as it was assayed the year of her Silver Jubilee, houses a fresh white dial embellished with King’s signature, black Roman numerals and leaf hands

The weighty, lugged, Curb bracelet is stamped with England’s ‘walking lion’ on two links and is securely fastened by the brand’s iconic buckle clasp (both ends of which are clearly, almost excessively stamped)

The gilding remains in superb condition and the Swiss made, manual wind, Bueche-Girod movement runs smoothly and keeps excellent time

The true embodiment of jewellery that tells the time!
