The timeless designs of Andrew Grima present themselves in this outstanding 1974 Jeux d’Argent Omega De Ville
As the model’s name suggests, both the Omega Watch Company (OWC) case and integrated bracelet are fashioned of Sterling Silver, making this timepiece more a piece of jewellery than a wristwatch
The refined blue dial features white Roman numerals at both 12 and 6 o’clock, stick indices at 3 and 9, white baton hands and ‘Omega De Ville’
The star of the show is the insane integrated Curb link bracelet, fastened securely by an Omega signed Bayonet/ Box clasp. Super chunky yet supple
The inside of the case back bears bold import and assay marks for London 1974 while the outside of the case, two of the bracelet’s links and the clasp are also stamped for Sterling Silver
The original mineral glass is clear and secure
Wound by the original crown is Omega’s iconic Cal.620 manual wind movement that runs smoothly and keeps good time
