A vintage/antique c.1920-1930s Sterling Silver wristwatch from award winning Swiss watchmaker Borel Fils & Cie
The patinated dial is decorated with elegant Art Deco style Arabic numerals as well as ‘Diamond’ or ‘Kite’ hands
The solid Sterling Silver case features a bezel skilfully engraved with Fern leaves and a case-back exhibiting bold Swiss hallmarks (my favourite being the ‘rampant bear’)
The original acrylic glass is clear and secure
The brown leather strap is of a vintage not dissimilar to the watch and very in keeping with the classic aesthetic
The Swiss made manual wind movement runs smoothly and keeps good time
