This 1930s Dunhill Handy is a true piece of history

First seen in 1936, the Handy (marketed in France as the Savory) was and is a reliable petrol or oil fuelled flint operated pocket lighter

As with the other models of lighter that constituted Dunhill’s main line, the Handy was produced in different materials, finishes and sizes 

This is example is the 'standard’ size in a gold plated well worn ‘Barley’ finish
