The timeless designs of esteemed jeweller Andrew Grima present themselves in this outstanding 1977 Jeux d’Argent Omega De Ville. As the model’s name suggests, both the Omega Watch Company (OWC) case and integrated bracelet are fashioned of Sterling Silver, making this timepiece just as much jewellery as it is watch
This piece is presented in outstanding, unpolished condition and features a brushed bronze/brown dial presented in immaculate condition. It’s decorated with white stick indices, quarter hour Roman numerals, white baton hands and the Omega logo
The intricate integrated multi/fancy link bracelet is in wonderful condition and without signs of stretching. It’s fastened securely by an Omega signed and clearly hallmarked sliding barrel clasp
The solid Sterling Silver case is in excellent condition and clearly hallmarked to the inside of the case-back as well as to the outside of the bezel at 9 o’clock
The oval mineral crystal glass is clear and unmarked
The iconic and ever reliable Omega Cal.625 manual wind movement runs smoothly and keeps good time
The watch is presented alongside its original suede Jeux d’Argent sleeve (now as much a collector’s piece as the watch) and international guarantee showing a date of purchase as March 1977
