The rich blue dial is accented by bi colour red and silver stick indices, baton hands, a subtle minute track and a date aperture at 3 o’clock (the quick change feature is a little unreliable)
The black bidirectional bezel is in good shape and moves smoothly
The steel case shows expected age related surface wear, as does the brushed steel bracelet
The original acrylic glass is lightly scratched but clear
There is slight dial movement when setting the time
The automatic Hamazawa 5006c Japanese movement has just been regulated. It runs smoothly and keeps good time
