A 1975 sterling silver vermeil piece by esteemed jeweller Roy King, winner of two first prizes, a second and a third at the British Modern Jewellery Exhibition in 1961. The winning pieces are now in the permanent collection of Goldsmith’s Hall
The clean white dial is decorated with exploding Roma numerals and black leaf hands
The Tank Allongée type vermeil case remains in good condition with slight wear to the gold plating in points
The case back bears the brand’s iconic statement hallmarks
The original sterling silver buckle is in good condition with wear to the plating, exposing the silver beneath
Fitted is a black pressed leather strap
Wound by the original crown is the Swiss made, manual wind FHF cal.69 movement. It runs smoothly and keeps good time
