A glorious  c.1980s solid sterling silver jacketed Cartier butane lighter 

Instead of a plated body, the lighter is cased from lid to base in hypnotic guilloché sterling silver 

Bold fineness stamps decorate the bottom of the spine and the base of the lighter 

Becoming increasingly sort after, these precious metal lighters are rarely found in such good cosmetic condition, let alone boxed 

Very good working order with a good range of flame height adjustment
