An unusual solid sterling silver cigar cutter from British luxury fashion house Burberry (‘Burberry’s’ pre 1990s)
Recognised mostly for their clothing (including the iconic Burberry trench coat later worn by officers in Word War I) it is most uncommon to come across a piece from the marque’s line of Tobacciana
This cutter (circa late 80s/early 90s) is formed of sterling silver decorated with a guilloché finish
The steel guillotine blade is Donatus Solingen, a renowned German brand recognised for producing high-quality, precision-engineered cigar cutters
The blade remains sharp and will cut the cap off cigars up to a 50 ring gauge (bear in mind the aperture itself is approximately a 44 gauge)
Weight - 46.5g
Dimensions - 4.8 x 0.3 x 4cm
